Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 3 days of delivery for a refund.

File a complaint on our website stating your order number and the item you want to return.
You must return item in its new condition, with the original un-opened packaging along with the accessories with it and the unbroken seal on the packaging.
 

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

1.     Returned items must be in the same condition they were received in and in the original sealed packaging (We will inspect all returned items).

2.     We will inspect all returned items, if the result is part of our error, under this circumstance we will give you full refund within 30 days of return or a gift voucher to purchase other products – you must however take advantage of this benefit within the 3 days period.

 

RETURN PROCESS

1.     Send an e-mail to support@omaassoftware.com stating your order number (Order ID) and the specific complaint.

2.     A support member of staff will be in touch with you via email to assist you return the product.

3.     Upon receiving your product, we will conduct a check to verify a valid or an invalid return based on our Return Requirement.

Note: We cannot accept returns for defective items after 3 days since delivery.

1.     License Key purchase.
